I am grateful to my department of Mechanical Engineering faculty for always encouraging me and always supporting me in my studies. I was preparing from the very beginning of my engineering for various competitive examinations for which I received a lot of guidance from the Training and Placement Cell of DYPIEMR. Because of this motivation and guidance I could clear the GATE examination through I have now obtained an internship in BARC (Bhabha Atomic Research Centre) as a Scientific Officer. It is like a dream come true for me. I will always be grateful to the entire team of hardworking and talented Professors because of whom I could achieve such a feat in my life. I am sure the career that I have chosen would also be beneficial for the progress of my juniors and my Institute in the future.

The Placement Team constantly made efforts to get the best possible placement opportunities for us. I would like to thank them for providing me good opportunities and grooming which helped me to placement in KAAR Technologies. I must say that the placement team is always committed in making efforts to provide maximum opportunities to students for the right placement. We were given rigorous training sessions to prepare for the interviews. The trainings were of great help to groom myself and be confident for interviews. I am grateful to my Institute for guiding and supporting me because of which I could participate in SAE India BAJA 2022 Competition. This gave me a chance to put forth the knowledge I had gained in all my engineering days and as a result of it I got selected in Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. The placement team constantly makes efforts to get the best possible placement opportunities for us. I would like to thank the Placement Cell for grooming me and providing me with many opportunities which resulted in my selection. I must also thank the Placement Cell for giving rigorous training sessions to prepare ourselves for interviews and aptitude. The trainings have not only helped me for placement but will also prove to be beneficial in my life throughout as lifelong learnings. Lastly I would also thank my teachers and all those who have directly or indirectly played in role in shaping my career. I feel lucky to have been a part of this Institute and would love to remain a part of it directly or indirectly in the future.

The curriculum is comprehensive and challenging, providing a solid foundation in the field of engineering. My 4 years at DYPIEMR has been the best and fabulous years. Its because of the institution what I am today. I had done quite a bit of research about the colleges in Pune, those which had good teaching faculty, good placement records and good infrastructure. Among those DYPIEMR was one of my top priorities. I had further got a very good feedback from my seniors which helped me in finalising DYPIEMR.
This Institute has a great infrastructure and good teaching faculty. The administrative section too is cooperative. Teachers here have knowledge in variety of fields. They have always given prime importance to practical learning and also motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities. The same helped me get along many National and International competitions. All this helped in my final year and the learnings will remain for lifetime.
The student life at DYPIEMR is fun loaded. The Institute has always given emphasis to public celebrations like Ganesh Utsava with grand procession. Annual Technical and Cultural Fests have always improved year on year and have attracted students from other colleges too.

Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering, Management and Research has given an excellent technical education for all of us. The faculty is highly qualified and talented as well and provides full practical session related to the field. DYPIEMR supported and motivated us not only for technical activities but also for extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. Our college provides sport and cultural activities each year to develop our talents in extra-curricular activities. Studying at DYPIEMR was one of the best decisions I have made. It is unforgettable. I have grown up as an individual as well as learnt to interact and talk to people from different backgrounds. I enjoyed the caring and friendly environment, great facilities, and the variety of services offered. The standards of a new institute started at a very high level, which always made me feel well supported. Fabulous and rewarding is how I would describe my four years at DYPIEMR. Their strong academic programs, readily accessible faculty, and a variety of student resources created an excellent learning environment for me to gain practical skills and most important the confidence to develop officer like qualities which have made me who I am today!
The department of Mechanical Engineering played a vital role in imparting quality education and practical knowledge to me that helped and enabled me in opening a wide variety of career paths. The wonderful faculty and upcoming state of the art laboratories during my time at DYPIEMR along with the capable lab staff have greatly helped me in reaching new heights in my chosen career path too.
